Who can Benefit From Energy Work?
Energy work brings a person in alignment with their highest good, joining them with their soul's purpose, and keeping them in sync within both their physical body and the greater Universe. When we experience days or periods in which we feel “off”, easily frazzled, distracted, atypically clumsy, or everything seems to be working against us, something is unbalanced in our energetic system. These disturbances can result from forces within us, our environment, encounters with other people, or cosmic events. Bringing the chakras back into alignment, and clearing any unnecessary energies from our fields can help us feel calm, grounded and focused. That is a treatment everybody can benefit from!
More intense disturbances and imbalances can have a greater, longer lasting impact on our energetics such as physical or emotional trauma, PTSD, surgery, chronic illness, autoimmune disorders, giving birth, and past life influences. Energy Medicine can help create a shift in the body and the auric fields surrounding the body so old patterns can be reprogrammed, healed or cleared out. This allows for a new way of being, feeling and existing in the world around you.
What happens during an
Energy Medicine session?
Energy healing happens in a Sacred Space! What does this mean? A sacred space is an area or a room that has been dedicated to peace, well being, relaxation, and safe loving energies.
Your session begins with a discussion of your healing intentions and goals
Clients remain fully clothed. Part of your session will take place laying on a massage table in which some pressure points may be done on the head, hands, feet or spinal region.
Chakra assessment and balancing
Your session may include Essential Oil therapy and Crystal healing (the placing of crystals on or around the body)
If we are called to it, we may look at your Astrological profile/Natal chart
Tarot or Oracle card reading
